- Subject to network fees and delays
- Governed by the respective blockchain network
Weewux does not guarantee transaction completion times or network availability.
4.3 Ownership
Ownership of digital assets is recorded on the blockchain. Weewux does not guarantee market value, liquidity, or resale potential of any digital asset.
5. Payments & Fees
Certain features may require payment, including digital asset purchases or platform services.
You acknowledge that:
- All payments are final and non-refundable unless required by law
- Fees may change at any time
- Taxes are your responsibility
6. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading activities

You confirm that you have the necessary rights to submit such content.

Weewux makes no guarantees regarding:
- Platform uptime
- Error-free operation
- Financial outcomes
- Asset value appreciation
Use of the Platform is at your own risk.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Weewux shall not be liable for:
- Loss of profits or digital assets
- Blockchain network failures
- Security breaches beyond our control
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Weewux in the preceding 12 months.
